Founder and Director
Kumaran has a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from University of Sydney and a Diploma of Project Management. He has over 20 years’ experience working as an Engineer and Program/Project Manager for leading system integration companies such as Visionstream, John Holland, Transfield Telecommunication, Broadcast Australia, The Bridge Networks and BSA. He has extensive delivery rollout experience in Telecommunications Broadcast Infrastructure and Defence.
In 2014, Kumaran founded CITA Services with a desire to provide high quality and innovative solutions for the telecommunications and infrastructure sectors for commercial and government organisations.

Director
Pat has a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Studies, a Diploma in WHS and he is a Management System Certified Lead Auditor. He is a member of CITA Services Senior Management Team and he has held C-level roles in listed and Australian SME’s. Pat’s career experience includes:
Securing over $1.5bn of new business in Defence/Government, Health Care and Infrastructure sectors in Business Development roles.
Over 10 years’ experience managing the financial performance of a billion dollar infrastructure business which included billion dollar debt refinancing and business takeovers.
Over 15 years’ experience in managing Integrated Management Systems covering quality (ISO9001), WHS (AS4801), Environment (ISO14001) and IT Security (ISO27001).
